Fellowship started by 2 Friends help ST, SC & OBC Women land Jobs in MNCs

Agenta Venkatraman and Ravali Pidaparthi started a nonprofit organization to help women from SC, ST, and OBC communities get quality job in top Multinational Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Genpact. Venkatraman and Pidaparthi are both trained engineers who shifted their careers to create Esther Foundation in 2021. The foundation offers a free five-month fellowship during final year of college students. The programme focuses on communication, resume building, interview preparation, and overall job readiness. The foundation was started after the founders spoke to 100 first generation college going women to understand their aspirations.
