The documents required for applying for National Livestock Mission include Detailed project report (DPR)* including cost of project, means of finance, recurring cost, net income etc., PAN card, Address Proof* (Election Commission Photo ID card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill, Passbook, rent agreement etc.), Canceled cheque along with bank mandate form, among other documents. The key promoters are required to provide Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Address Proof, photograph, among other documents.
